All I am saying is -
CEO says all rosy, very good listing price of 20c, unique tech, added customers, better revenue, master card, those selling are fools, they would regret.
Why should he sell/issue at 5c such a chunk ?
Because they are all about passing risk entirely to retail. Sit back and enjoy money from retail for their salaries and pub visits. If and at its own sweet own time the "scheme" works well, then someone else has to pay for shares for it to raise. This is nothing but running on OPM. Other people's money. They have no more skin in the game.
