Invest about 700k from friends and cronies. Arrange ASX listing "Calling" it worth 14 mil.
Plan the next CR to be at 5c. Knowing that start selling from word go. Collect the $$ from retail and buy the whole lot allocation at 5c by same friends and cronies. Collect grants along the way.
Repeat the above over and over again. Next CR probably @1c. Hence selling and collecting has continued at lower than 5c. This also guarantees that retail won’t take their allocation. Instead tempted to buy below CR. Not knowing this is the hook for the next 1c CR.
