    Let's take a look at the CR ann. What does it say?

    What happens if one or two of these new investors wants to accumulate? Top 20 already holds around 60% of the SOI, if several new investors have any intentions of accumulating, that could increase what the Top 20 hold.

    Meaning, there might be less shares for retail to buy.
