    Issuing more shares in itself is the major manipulation.
    It reduces retail holding % as they don't subscribe. Now who will buy paying 5c when market itself is 3c ?
    Also every time shares are issues, it will be at a lower price. This way any price you have bought on market, prior to this, you are stuck with it.
    It is done to lock the retail money in. Never to let out. All these are nothing but rat traps. Dangle a bit of cheese, get them in, locked out. Straight to slaughter house.
    If company goes to dogs, it is your money. If it does well, they benefit more as their % holding keeps on increasing with every CR.
