That's what is says in a lot of prospectus!! They have to tell you all the risks.
Every investment is risky, even cash. Just like every other investment on the ASX there's a chance you can lose your money.
Those other shares were existing shares before the IPO last year & from when the con notes were converted into shares. The con notes were used to fund the company prior to IPO.
It's a bit of common sense really.
