I don't remember what the first IPO offer was for. I can't find any information on 40 cents. Perhaps you & @stormer could provide that information please for everyone to verify.
Not enough revenue Jo. Plus, you haven't heard about global central banks hiking rates? War? inflation? Look at the macro environment & what that does to the share market.
Some might be replacements for people who have left the company? I would be more concerned if they were slashing staff.
I'm a shareholder here losing money myself. It is what it is.
More acquisitions & further company expansion is underway, so it's a waiting game.
