First, you loved every word in the interviews, but now everything he says is vague? If you watched the last webinar live, you would have heard Amos say management put their money where their mouth is. What more do you want from management?

A growing customer base.
Expanded product line.
Revenue.
The system itself generates profits.

It takes time to grow a customer base. Once the customer base grows to a point where the profits cover the running costs, the business could sustain itself by borrowing money to expand. Time will tell.
