Agree here, waste of time suing the media because whether you win, lose or draw the media will have the last say and whilst you may be perfectly right and proven so, you will still be made to look bad as the media will distort the truth to suit their own purpose and no matter how long you pursue the subject the media will still have the last say.
"Silly Sally, I will save the Congo" has done more harm than good, but she will never be made to look that way by using the courts.
Sadly the media is held responsible for very little but further sadly it will be a long time before, or indeed if ever they are.
