I'm not sure if taking legal action would achieve anything. Bill would end up being wrapped up in legal work rather than running Anvil - a much more profitable pursuit.
There are some points to be scored by rubbing their noses in it but the ABC would just come out with the 'we were only making the comments based on the info we had' chestnut. From the ABC forum last night it looked like most people saw the program for what it was - Journalist games.

Bought more today at 36c. Fundamentally this company is no different from where it was a few days ago - excepting more tonnes have gone through the mill and Bill has added some painfully learned corporate experience under his belt. Lets get the focus back on the job.
