Clearing of silos and bunkers continues in what in poorer years would be a month of very limited activity.
On the Victorian broad gauge that extends into southern NSW, a loaded GNC grain train is at Echuca, having originated at Deniliquin NSW.
Another broad gauge train is slowly making its way from Charlton on the Sea Lake line to GNC's major North Geelong ship loading facilities.
A third train is on standard gauge, and nearly at Benalla after commencing at Oaklands NSW, with its destination also Geelong GNC.
