He certainly does have skills to add to Sayona, but it's not as a CEO. I did vote 'NO' to re-instate him on the board, but I am not as bothered now if he remains on the board for another term if he can use his skills and knowledge to help Sayona transition to the new board & CEO set up. If I had to pick one of Brown, Buckler & Crawford to stay then Brown it would be. I certainly think Crawford and Buckler should retire and create the necessary vacancies for two new board members. I'm not making any call on Lucas yet as he hasn't been there long enough. Having a lawyer on board can be useful, but his connection to Brown in the Altura days has a few questioning his appointment.
