You're in breach of 6 of the 8 Corporate Governance requirements, how does the ASX let you get away with it ? What about our Australian assets ? (They still didn't mention our Rare Earth Hits, just Lithium and Gold) Are we still going to Carbonate as previously stated, by Q3,2026? Are there any issues with First Nations that may impact us? Conflict of Interest, Duty to Shareholders, Directors Independence.
I am still not convinced we should not request an EGM.
KP and PLL seem to control SYA , Brown even let it slip that Hydroxide is required due to JV partners contractual commitments.
