Without doubt the BOD needs to be regenerated and that is what they are intending to do obviously this is an important process and critical to Sayona and will likely take time for prospects to be identified and also for applicants to identify themselves.
Management have definitely been given the hurry up and notice from holders and this is a good thing as it should expedite the process.
I can't bag the current board, Sayona was all BL as you know and he was on his merry way until he really was on his merry way.
Sayona management was always a bit thin and always behind the entrepreneurial style of BL and his acquisitions and deals and have posted this on many occasions.
One big failure of Company was to not grow/expand the management team in line with what was happening with company asset expansion and this always worried me that it would bite them at some point and it has.
I love Sayona's portfolio, it is super impressive and now needs the right team to take it forward responsibly and I'm confident that this will happen.
You have put yourself out there GT and I reason from afar that you are genuinely concerned and are genuinely wanting to do something about it and that is all good.
I dont underestimate the average punter though and I dont underestimate what the current board have infront of them, it's a big responsibility they have and that responsibility applies to us all - management & shareholders all need to be aware of the ramifications of our actions especially holders, we invest to gain a profit and sure we must not get rolled over, but also we must be rational and considerate of our investment and others as despite what we may think we know a lot, we never know it all.
This BOD spill in progress, had to come and let's hope that it happens quickly, professionally and effectively.

At times it was difficult to hear everything with the incessant negative garbage going on behind me.
Alan Buckler was not falling asleep total fabrication.
