An Extraordinary General Meeting is a meeting that can either be called by the BoD's or shareholders and is usually called to deliberate upon matters that require urgent attention of the Senior Executives, the Board of Directors and all shareholders that cannot be deffered.... anyone wanting to instigate an EGM need only 5% of shareholders votes..anyone wishing to do so must be included on a Shareholders List and presented to the company together with the resolutions shareholders are seeking from the company which then has 21/28 days to organise such a meeting.
To do so its advisable to get legal advice and setup a go funding page to efficiently get this completed one which i would be happy to contribute to as I can only see more pain coming with the current Sesame Street Gang in control.
