The fact GT could assist to rally a large no vote should not be ignored. With 45,000 shareholders his effort in having 50% overall more votes recorded at the AGM was incredible. 568,400 against the remuneration report in 2022 and 1,878,363,000 against in 2023. At least his efforts will mean they are on notice that it is not a walk in the park and if this continues for another 12 months like it has no one is guaranteed reelection in the future.

Whoever is advising the current board be it solicitors, accountants or fund managers appear to be steering the ship in the wrong direction. Maybe they should remove their blinkers as well.
