And what you have included in your post above is the very reasons why there needs to be change straight away...the more holders sit back and let this mob continue as is...it just makes no sense other than if they are allowed to continue with the current make up they will decimate this company like they have others and your post absolutely without question shows that these muppets are 110 percent not working in the best interest of shareholders....that being said we have many here who want to sit back and see how things unfold and thats fair....but I have been down that road with an IO company in the past and we sat back and done nothing whereby some holders kept up the rehtoric of give them a chance the CEO has said they are in a strong position and they have people knocking down the doors to get their IO yeh well that worked 6 months later they were gonski and the writing was clearly on the wall that the BoD's were doing a snow job on all holders unforunately many fell for it...we then had to fight for a fair outcome something that was not easy, not saying that will happen here but its the "Old Once Bitten Twice Shy Scenario"

The Sesame Street Gang here have already showed they are incapable and therefore changes need to be made before its to late.

I keep thinking back to the M&A guys the Exwankerbanker trotted through and now Phillip Lucas joining the Board of Directors and all shareholders should aeriuisly consider looking outside the box to likely outcomes given this board has clearly shown its letting KP control it who only has a 25% interest something smells fishy and holders need to be proactive something this BoD's is incapable of.

So holders should be very concerned to how this could end up making changes now whilst we are down cannot hurt us anymore than we have by those incompetents on this Board.
