As I've said before, one of my motto has always been: "don't listen to what they say, watch what they do." And that includes Keith Philips, and I've made my conclusions on him pretty clear and this has infuriated you in the past. While James Brown does okay as a board member, he is very obviously an inept and mediocre CEO. The history is there and it doesn't lie. He must initiate a search for a qualified and experienced CEO,
now, and step aside as soon as possible.
As for your claim that Loui has an "agenda," while he may certainly be the loudest voice and the most strident, he wasn't the only one that went to Canada and put boots to ground and talked to key players. He was part of a group that went. A group that includes
@SplitFusion. There are others that wish to remain anonymous.
But one thing is true. This group is in unanimous agreement on what must happen.
The board made a very serious and inexcusable mistake in shooting down the opportunity to become a chemical producer. There were very powerful players involved who were very eager to help make it happen, including the government of Canada.
