I must be going insane. Apparently then SYA needs to go down in flaming heap because an offtake deal. Any reasonable BoD or company would negotiate or kill the offtake. This is something normal companies deal with all the time. The fact that JB basically said we are going to keep ticking along giving PLL the majority of the spod honestly defies belief. The only answer is PLL is wanting to pounce and takeover as it wouldnt make sense for them to let SYA go under and not fulfill their own offtakes.
