JB and the BOD have no shame, wtf are they asking for a pay raise when they are under performing so much. Loosing 75% value in 6 months FFS. Unless PLL want them to tank the SP so they it can be bought for peanuts.
Also I wouldn't be surprised if the BOD are shorting their own stock, as they are doing everything right to tank it. This should be investigated to ensure there's no illegal activity going on.
And if proven guilty, sued for every cent they've got, and sent homeless/ jail.
