Read it 4 times and get the gist of what you have put forward.
As it stands Sayona are turning Spod into dollars albeit the market is crushing the price, we have a partner who is happy with their lot who is locked into the Hydroxide side of the things through Tesla etc and given their standing would rather stay with Spod being delivered for the immediate future as its in their best interests...which will not change unless agreed.
You higlighted the BoD's of Sayona and with good reason I to watched and waited for my question/s to be asked and got nudda..which was disappointing to say the least and i do agree a lot was held by the floor and from a boards perspective they should have been much better in controlling that side of things.
Which brings me to the Board...there is alot of problems with Governance...one would think whilst they are non compliant it would be one of the first problems that they would want to fix to appease sholders...but it seemed they were happy to roll on as things are and B1 stated if im still the CEO by mid june 24 his happy to continue on that path...what you cannit be CEO of 2 companys without a conflict of interest especially with the ties between the 2 Morella an Sayona..i struggle to fathom why they sacked horny kenny or whoever to it was...in any event why there wasn't an explanation of why makes it look way worse an like they were hiding something "Transparency " never killed anyone.
That said and imho we could certainly do with some high profile people to fill the empty spots not sure Louie is one but I do now he is certainly passionate enough for a role as a relations man to serve both sides of the coin which is probably all shareholders realy want...but looking at it from a business perspective we seriously need some Top Notch Executives to drive our Bus an that would relieve the Exwankerbanker to drive his own.
