Thinking somewhere I read that executives can be considered independent if they have had a 3 year hiatus from the company or associated companies so in regard to your above post one would have to look into all entity's this BoD's have been involved in and if there is any connection one could come to the conclusion you are right and they have hired another Sesame Street Muppet to join their Gang...lets see what tricks they pull.
