They don't need to appoint a new chairman or new "independent" directors" in order to get a new CEO.
They didn't do any of that when they hired Brett Lynch. They just went out and got him.
And as far as "commit to having a new chairman in place by end of Q1," well, they also "committed" to have Moblan DFS ready by November. It now won't be ready until next year.
