Thanks, Dean. I do share many of the concerns you raised. In truth it all feeds into my decision-making. Perhaps I should have mentioned that my articulated rationale didn't represent the full gamut of my thinking. I picked one particular thought thread and limited it to that. After all, I didn't want the post(s) to be too long (oops! lol).
PS. Yeah, it looks like PAN is cooked now. The writing has been on the wall there for some time.
