IMO they have become more of a research Co as no one is willing to sign on the dotted line any time soon... got to give them some credit they would like to be an IP Co but that can't happen overnight, it seems, you can see that everyone is quite happy to collect their weekly pay packets on top of the freebies for no justification for any results if they were in a private Co some would have gotten the dressing-down by now ...but not here...business as usual it seems ...
