I actually followed your lead this time last year and sold a large parcel...can you believe it!!!...my wife then convinced me we didn't need all that cash sitting around and I reinvested some of it back at $2.16.
Don't get me wrong, I made some serious money and I am not complaining about my wife's advice as that decision making lies at my feet.
