Let's be like a power saving light bulb salesperson; goes into client, changes the bulbs, client waits until next electricity bill and goes "wow", I'm in. Or, even do this via a remote model.
in short, we should cover the cost to produce a model bespoke to the potential client (or do the work to that effect). Then they go "wow" on seeing results.
Expensive? Yes. Investment? Yes. After a while the peers of our clients see what their missing out on, and call us.
