These options expired when he resigned as director, he was left with his 11.7 million ordinary shares only. He has never held more ordinary shares as this figure in all the Top 20 shareholders lists i have looked up ..

This above statement from you iscompletely wrong as misleading. He never sold 57 million options . They expired. They were never coverted to ordinary shares . The history of the Top 20 shareholders show this.........................
