I believe these would include partners like the several universities where development kits have been supplied for education purposes. So learning neuromorphic computing as part of a degree doesn't have a direct revenue but these people may become future employees / customers/ collaborators which keeps them in the network.I think it's amazing that leading educators recognise neuromorphic as the future..... As it's in their syllabus.
I agree with the company that not all partners will bear direct fruit and the above is only one example of how a landscape is changed over time.
