Yes, the resident down rampers are long term buy signals.
They are either completely nuts or paid per post. Lets face it no sane person would serial negative post. Medical science has diagnosed that behaviour as a personality disorder.
So if the posting is their job, then they present us with a great long term buy signal.
It would be a low level low paid job.
