Not that we know much about the tech inside the new watch as of yet, but cant this be seen as a positive that a company like apple sees importance in our type of tech aswell (even though they have developed something in house) I dont expect a company like apple to use our tech but the many many many companies out their that are trying to do low power tasks at the edge in the future will certainly be looking at us as an option and weighing up if its worth purchasing or going "in house". Someone as innovative as apple seeing use in removing the cloud and performing tasks like siri on device and talking about "neural processors" is a positive in my book.
We cant win them all.
