Yeah I did go a bit overboard with that comment, apologies.
I was more or less referring to the recent departure of the Head of Sales. I assume the CMO has taken that role into his wings temporarily, but during this period of transition, teams are always vulnerable. Someone commented on an FB group regarding the continuous departure of employees in Sales dept. which leads me to believe this is an area of challenge, clearly being quantified by results or lack of.
Anyhow, hopefully all of these are a slight hiccup before the success, and I am sure every company has gone through these stages and doubts before becoming successful.
