Difficult that it takes time for companies to re adjust to the new process which they will have to in some form or another or fall by the wayside like Kodak did by not going digital. If the SBIR asks for Akida to be used in areas where Neuromorphic computing stand alone low power think for itself especially in the Space environment to me it says a lot.
