If "takeover" is the strategy of the past weeks then it was a bad strategy.
We, the shareholders, would never agree a takeover.
A takeover would mean:
– let run the shareprice to zero
– get everything out of Brainchip
– let Brainchip die ... done
The the Akida IP gets a new name and would be the new gold on the market.

I have much more than 100.000 shares and there are nuch out there who have more shares and they will never agree a takeover
