Manipulated pump and dump.
Been played up till it touches 20 SMA to lure the chartist and bring fresh interest.
Soon as it crosses 20 SMA, it's been dumped again.
Have been averaging it down since $1 but had to sell today as I found better opportunities elsewhere.
Stay away is my advice, this is poorly managed company with absolutely no visibility to turn around.
