Been a while since I posted a chart on this thread. I've been considering a new bet on 4DS, so I had a close look at the daily charts. See one of my charts below. It's a trend and support/resistance break out chart. I like to use the guppy MMA's for trend direction, and High Volume candles to identify what I call Anchor Zones. The Anchor Zones (AZ) are shaded and the AZ Close is the thick blue lines.
The trend is down as of early March. The SP is currently trading in the previous Gap of early February, shown by thick green horizontal lines. The only "Gap Belief" that I have is that Gap edges can provide support and resistance. But what is interesting is that the lower edge of the Gap is at the same level as the Ultra-High Volume Low level of the AZ back late November 23. The only questions that a potential new Position Taker needs to answer are; is this lower Gap level potentially a strong support level, and what is the expected timing for the start of a next speculative surge upwards? Any ideas?
