This ignores the fact that 4DS are concurrently working on two elements:
- The memory cell
- Integrating the cell onto the Imec chip.
Whilst the company has had multiple failures of the second limb, generational progress has been made on the first limb.
Improvements in retention and endurance at the cell level have had our prior chairman refer to 4DS as a new 'industry standard'.
I would not call that a slowly rotting lemon.
