It's a bit binary because if the report on the platform testing in a few weeks is positive it will probably rocket up to .18+, if not it will probably collapse again, and as the business is targeted for sale on success and the exec options structure predicts a pricing .60+, that is the likely target within 12 months. Mind you it has been sitting at that point for a year or two.
