Worth remembering the context around the very swift announcement last year:
rhe year before, with PL2, they went into a trading halt and then a 3 week suspension in order to announce the bad news.
The explanation/justification that they gave wasn’t entirely convincing.
So the swift announcement last year was actually the correct thing to do.
holding on for many months until they had fully upgraded the test rig and then announcing would have been deceitful.
