Just a note, that previous ATH was in the time of GME. It would be hard to overstate the amount of out and out gambling that was happening with spec stocks that year, and people were extremely easily duped by pump and dumpers. Many, many spec stocks had their values triple in a few days and crumble to dust a week later. I would attribute really about half of that price to exuberance, manipulation, and an extremely disruptive appetite for quick gains and lottery-style wins. "I have missed so many meteoric rises [most of which have since collapsed]; I can't miss this chance." The highest sustained price this stock has seen is around .20, so that's maybe not a bad guide, but there's still a lot that isn't known until plans and progress get announced.

lets be careful not to give the impression previous levels were a spike tho - in 2021 for 8 months the stock was 15c or higher. that was during the second platform lot and before the third platform lot. we're a hell of a lot less risky now than we were then. just sayin.
