I think the handle has gone a bit low for a C& A pattern now (apart from the fact that the cup duration is a bit short). Could be a W but we won't have confirmation of that until it gets back to 21, which is kind of a bit late, and then it will be possibly a triple top, so it wouldn't want to spend any time there, or turn away. It shouldn't have gone to 13.75 today, so we need it to get back up 15+ pretty fast right now, at least for short term predictions.
