Kiiiinda misleading Imo

1. they still havnt told us what they plan to do.

• Sell it.

2. they still havnt confirmed sale is what they plan

• Yes they have, many times. They have not told us this has changed

3. they're seting up a meeting to dilute shares by 25% - and people are magicly painting this as a positive despite no other information

• Yeah dunno here. Agree that this needs justification

4. our main potential aquirer is having financial problems.

• Maybe, but this is an assumption IMO, when I hear 'household names' from DM as possible buyers I think of other entities.

5. they wont provide any information about the retenion which is the fundamental attribute that makes this technology valuable.

• I'm not sure I agree this is true. Its 'persistent and tuneable' which we're all sick of hearing I'm sure but I don't think they can like give a number without also giving like a whole plotted curve and whatever the other tuned specs are to get that curve which imo goes beyond the scope of an ASX announcement.
• I'm also not sure that its true to say retention is *the* fundamental attribute that drives value. When there are lots of attributes to consider. If the thing the buyer cares about most is retention, they will just use Flash, no?
