I still hold because it's currently undervalued in my opinion.

That's correct I have been critical of AGY's management. They've decimated shareholder value. It's not macro economics that cause this kind of decline, as much as some people would like to find something to blame it on. It's obvious it's distrust for management getting things done in a timely matter, people have had enough, and move on to greener pastures. People also like blaming the shorters... this has also been disproven multiple times.

I grossly overestimated fair value on this thing, and underestimated the affect poor management can have on the market. I was comparing with peers, thought we'd see at least 1-1.2b MC coming into production (sustained share price). Misjudgement on my behalf, I've lowered my expectations back to reality.

Do I think the sp should be this low? No. But AGY still have many critical boxes to be checked. It's all it really comes down to, IMO.
