I think that it is safe to assume that the normal patterns will continue with or without the shorter's. I am mainly interested in using the data to analyse the volume & what I thing the candle is indicating.

Watching the momentum indicators, doing some volume analysis & price target projections, one can usually predict with some confidence when a change will begin & the pattern will reset.
Its just a matter of picking a spot to enter or exit & having some patience.

We could see the sp back down around 55 again over the next week or so but arguably we could see it back above 72 again in the next 2 - 3 days.
