They arnt buying a local fish and chip shop guys. This is a $300 million dollar deal. IPOs often take huge periods of time to organise, even when listing relatively small companies.
We are essentially have to relist as a very different company, with a large working asset in a different country.
Besides the current market for no producing companies is shocking, better to be in suspension than riding it out in the current market in my opinion.
