    If FYI is aware that phase 2 of the project is going ahead, or has already gone ahead, why havent they informed shareholders through an ASX announcement that this is the case ? FYI cant hold back key information, even if Alcoa request it, because it would be contrary to their reporting requirements to the ASX and to the market.
