perhaps there's an Alcoa board approval required but regardless there's a pretty good chance the small plant is going ahead and you can decide if you want to jump back in or not. If you're waiting for the full size plant FID then you probably have another 12+ months to wait although the SP will be somewhat higher at that point so it depends on your level of risk.
