In a somewhat desperate attempt to gain favour from Sabine I would also like to point out that the biggest benefit to Primero being a source of c-suite recruitment to (eventual) customers is the goodwill that prevails through this alumnus group as it seems quite normal for those who leave to retain a healthy respect for the skills available within Primero and the greater NRW; which respect is shown by their appetite to hire them to do work thereafter. I think such a post departure respect is quite unusual amongst this fraternity and somewhat differentiates Primero from others. I realise that I use the noun Alumnus, slightly out of context given it should usually be attributed to a school or similar, but I was keen to use Latin somewhere in the response.
