Chevron paid 100 m usd for 80% from pel 90.
Pel 90 = 5000 km2.
Pel 87 = 10,000 km2, pcl have 75% from the licence.
I think that farm in is to get 3d+drill and money and they will stay with 10-15%.
How much money? I guess something between 5-20 m usd.
