NAB tell me 7.55B shares on issue.
The market capitalisation of the company is $83 million @1.2cps
The share price is a simple equation - value of the company (or market capitalisation) divided by SOI.
If we hit oil then the value of the company will go up substantially.
The price of out shares will also go up, substantially.
Personally, I would love to see a 1:1,000 or 1:100 reconstruction of the company.
This does not affect the value of the company or the value of any shareholders holdings.
However, how seriously can you take a company with shares at 1.3c - you are a micro cap POS.
1:100 = 75.5 million shares on issue and a share price of 1.30
1:1000 = 7.55 million shares on issue and a share price of $13.
(Hope I got the maths right)
IMO this would get larger investors more interested in PCL.
