When I start to doubt my decision to invest in PCL when the hopes of a 3D seismic and farmout deal in PEL87 wane, I take a look at the activity map below. PEL87 is a large block with multiple, large oil prospect and leads. Leakage of seismic and drilling activity underway and planned south of PEL87, in my humble opinion will eventually finds its way into PCL's block. It's a little bit like oil migrating around in the subsurface looking for a nice place to call home.
